Optimal Use of Disinfecting Wipes

Focus on surfaces that are touched frequently, and don't forget germ hotspots like toilet seats, computer screens, or faucet knobs.

For cleaning electronics, take care to select a brand that is gentle on sensitive electronic components while still being tough on viruses and bacteria.

The surface should be free of visible dirt or grime before using the disinfecting wipe.

After wiping down, allow the surface to dry on its own (don't blow on it or dry with another towel). Every aditional second of exposure to the active ingredients in the wipes kills more of the microbes.

Be sure to wash your hands afterward (or wear disposable gloves while wiping).
